Just Sayis the second EP of 2024 and third overall from East London's Frankson, (Ross Wakefield). This release captures the more dance floor-driven side of his output in the title track'Just Say', with it's echoes of warmer climes. The theme continues in the third track'As Cosmos Black', albeit with a little more of a lean to the left field. Deep bass tones and impactful piano lifts the heart...
For the middle cut'It's You', he's again joined by the incredible voice ofSarah Scott, to explore a gently crescendoing tale of a burgeoning relationship and longing. Intricate production and subtle instrumentation changes, dictate a score-like narrative.
TheJust Say EP, marks the third instalment of debut releases fromFrankson. All with their own distinct individuality, charting a gradual evolution of his recent studio output. With further remix productions and releases planned for early 2025, there's lots to come.
